Cancellation & Refund Policy
Digital Items: All items sold on this website are digital PDFs. Due to the nature of digital items, there are no cancellations or refunds on such purchases…please purchase accordingly. If you have an issue with your purchase, please reach out to me via email at RusticHorseshoe@live.com and together we will reach a resolution.
Physical Items: In the event I list an item that is a physical item (i.e. a printed pattern or a finished plushie) it will be clearly noted that it is a physical item and what shipping options and time frames relate to said item. Cancellations on physical items are accepted prior to the item being shipped, in which case a full refund will be given. If you are unhappy with your item and wish to return it please contact Rustic Horseshoe at RusticHorseshoe@live.com. Returns will be accepted if the item is still in new condition and if Rustic Horseshoe is contacted about returning the item within one week of you (the customer) receiving the item and the item has been shipped back to Rustic Horseshoe within 10 days of you (the customer) receiving the item as indicated by a shipping tracking number. Once the item is received by Rustic Horseshoe then a refund will be given minus shipping fees. The refund will be a full refund of the product purchase price if the item is in fact in new condition. If the item is damaged or used, the refund will be adjusted accordingly up to and including no refund. If the item arrived to the customer damaged, photos of the shipping box and item must be immediately provided and also a report made by the customer with the shipping carrier. A suitable resolution will then be determined based on damage, up to and including a full refund. The item must be retuned to Rustic Horseshoe to be eligible for a full refund.
A Note About Printed Patterns: If you are needing the pattern printed and shipped to you in paper format, please reach out to me via email at RusticHorseshoe@live.com to inquire about availability and associated printing and shipping fees. The policy for above “Physical Items” applies to printed (paper) patterns.
All items sold on this website are digital PDFs, therefore nothing is physically shipped to you. Your PDF is available to download immediately after purchase is completed. Please see the FAQ section on how to download your purchase.

Tracking will be provided on items other than printed patterns. I do not take responsibility for delays or loss due to the shipping carrier. In such circumstances, I will work with each individual on a suitable resolution. I cannot pay any customs fees charged to you (the customer) on international shipments. Customs fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
