We’ve been experiencing some random hiccups/glitches with the checkout process. I’m sure it isn’t entirely random, we just are having a difficult time pin pointing what is triggering the glitch for some people while others don’t experience the glitch at all.
I’ve got you covered! If you’re experiencing a problem…first, please let me know so I know the problem still persists and can continue to get tech support’s assistance in addressing the issue. Second, I do offer all of my PDF patterns in my shop on Etsy, so that is an option. I don’t offer my video tutorials on Etsy. Alternatively, I can send you a PayPal invoice then directly email you the PDFs.
