Trouble Downloading the PDF? Please take a peek at my PDF Troubleshooting Guide and/or this guide by Adobe to guide you through correcting potential problems on your end. Sometimes the standard delivery method of the purchased PDF via the website isn’t supported on your end, causing error messages, in which case I am happy to directly email you the PDF…please email me and include your name and order information.

Pattern Pirates! There are illegal websites selling pirated patterns from a variety of independent designers, including myself. Learn more about how to identify them and grab a 30% off coupon code here! Help fight the fraud!

Why is there not a phone number listed for contacting you?

E-mail is my preferred method of contact (RusticHorseshoe@live.com).

If you need to contact me by phone, please email first and make a request for a phone call. Please provide the purpose for the call in the email.

I must streamline communication and work within a scheduled timeframe to provide said communication and customer service. This is for a variety of reasons, including the fact I am the sole operator of my micro-business…doing ‘all the things’, I’m a busy mom of teens, and I have customers all over the world in a variety of different time zones. Phone calls must be scheduled and I don’t take random phone calls or text messages. I pride myself in my customer service and I am very responsive to email during my business hours. Thank you for understanding!

No AI Promise!

I venture to think most of you support and embrace tactile creativity, in which, there is no place for AI.

I increasingly see AI (Artificial Intelligence) generated products listed on platforms such as Etsy. The specific AI I’m referencing are AI images that represent the finished product of a sewing or crochet pattern that is also, no doubt, created using AI. The tactile creative space, including sewing and crochet patterns used for tactile creative projects, is not the space where AI should be used, in my humble opinion.

Many of you agree. So, this is why I am making a statement in representation of my work and product offerings, my business and what I stand for.

My “No AI Promise” to you is:
⭐️I do not (never have, never will) use AI in any part of my process in designing, writing, photographing, video, or any other representation of what I design.
⭐️When you purchase a pattern from me, you are purchasing a pattern that has been:
👉Hand drafted by me.
👉Adjusted by me until I dial in the design.
👉Tested by me several times in the samples I make.
👉Actual samples of the design and tutorial steps photographed and video recorded by me.
👉Tutorial instructions written by me.
👉All the above tested by a group of pattern testers before publication.
No AI, ever!
Thank you for supporting legitimate independent designers and artists, such as myself.
